• By accessing www.themountainmediumhealer.ca you are agreeing to be bound by the websites Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
• By agreeing to receive or attend any psychic reading, a psychic service, message, information and/or reading or support of any kind (the “Services”) from Michele McCormick and/or The Mountain Medium Healer, it is understood that the services provided are for entertainment purposes only. Any service Michele provides, whether given in a message, reading, seminar, workshop, or any other form, do not constitute legal, psychological, medical, business, or financial advice and represent another avenue of wisdom, motivation and or inspiration and are not intended to be a substitute for professional care and or advice. 
• Michele McCormick and/or The Mountain Medium Healer does not claim to diagnose, prescribe treatment for, or cure any health condition.
• The Mountain Medium Healer's services are subject to the recipient's interpretation. Choices, and/or actions based on the serviced or the content thereof are the sole responsibility of the recipient. 
• Michele McCormick will not offer any services to any person who is under 19 years of age without having received written consent from such person’s parent or legal guardian.
• Michele McCormick makes no guarantees, express or implied, with respect to the accuracy, relevancy, or quality of the services provided. 
• Michele McCormick does not assume, and the undersigned hereby releases and discharges McCormick and/or The Mountain Medium Healer from any and all liability to any person or entity for any loss or damage (Including WITHOUT limitation, physical, mental, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential) caused in relation to any information and/or any suggestion, or advice provided, readings, products, or services whether resulting from negligence, accident, or any other cause whatsoever.
• The materials appearing on www.themountainmediumhealer.ca website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. McCormick does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. www.themountainmediumhealer.ca may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. 

Ticket Sales:

• We only accept tickets purchased directly from us.
• By purchasing from someone online or a non-authorized outlet you risk purchasing a lost, stolen or fake ticket that is not valid for admittance, regardless of the event.
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be valid for entry.
• Anyone who purchases tickets from a “scalper” or ticket broker does so at his/her own risk and in will likely pay a premium.
• Michele McCormick and/or The Mountain Medium Healer is not responsible for replacing or refunding a ticket purchased through a scammer online or a third-party broker.
• All events are subject to change at any time.
• Tickets and private sessions are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Photo/ Video: 

• During events (both in-person and online) with Michele McCormick you may be filmed, photographed or recorded and may appear in any media format or promotion and/or publicity. You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs, including online, are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy.
• Attending an in person or online event, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Michele McCormick and/or The Mountain Medium Healer. 
• Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote future events held by Michele McCormick.
• You waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication.
